Exosome extraction kit

This kit is used to extract protein from animal and plant tissues, cells and bacteria. The proteins separated by this can be used to check western blot and ELISA tests and enzyme measurements and enzyme activity by spectrophotometer.

Note: After adding solution A to the lysis buffer, the lysis can be kept at -20 degrees for a maximum of 6 months.

Note: For western blot test, separate the cells from the bottom of the flask with a scraper and do not use trypsin enzyme.

Note: It is better to keep the sample isolated with the kit at -80 for the western blot test.
